Imagine dawn mist rolling off neat rows of cabernet vines, softening the first sliver of sun as it strikes centuries-old limestone façades. Steam rises from your coffee while your instructor explains how to let that long, golden light carve depth into an image before the grapes warm and the bustle begins.

For four days you’ll weave between Bordeaux’s tiled rooftops, echoing medieval lanes, and glowing quays—then slip out to Médoc and Saint-Émilion just as harvest turns the leaves ember-red. Ancient arches, mirror-smooth river reflections, stone-cool cellars lit by hanging bulbs: every setting is a ready-made lesson in colour balance, texture and narrative. instructor’s hallmark “See → Anticipate → Frame” method unfolds right where the story happens—on tram tracks at blue hour, under cloistered arcades splashed with midday shadow, or beside barrels breathing hints of new oak.

Gear & Preparation

• One camera body + two prime lenses (35 mm & 50 mm ideal; 90 mm optional)

• Spare batteries & fast SD cards

• Neutral clothing, waterproof shell, vineyard-friendly footwear

• Read the PDF booklet sent upon booking to streamline packing and mindset.

Payment & Cancellation

Payment – Tuition is payable in full at the time of booking.

No cash refunds – All payments are non-refundable.

Credit transfer window – If you notify us 30 days or more before the scheduled start, you may apply 100 % of your payment to any future Messsucher workshop or photowalk worldwide (subject to availability, credit valid for 24 months).

Fewer than 30 days before the event:

• You may gift or resell your seat to another photographer (just email us the replacement attendee’s details), or

• Forfeit the fee if no substitute is named.

This policy secures small, focused groups while still giving you ample time to re-book if plans change.

• Full payment secures your seat.

• No refunds. Notify us ≥ 30 days before start to transfer 100 % credit to a future Messsucher event (valid 24 months)

Messsucher may substitute locations or move to an equivalent-quality hotel if required by weather, regulations, or unforeseen events.
